Per Patch: 10mg Melatonin, 4mg Hops, 3mg Valerian Root

How to Use

Place the patch on any venous area of the skin, preferably the inner wrist. If you wash your hands frequently, place the patch a little higher up on your arm.

Leave for up to 12 hours. For a gentle removal, use soap and warm water.

Works like a dream

My partner and I really like the Dream patches. We’ve noticed they improve the quality of sleep and I’ve felt that I experience more lucid dreaming when using the patch. Sometimes I feel slightly groggy when waking up but the patches are great and very helpful.

Sweet Dreams

This patch helps calm my mind before bed. Whenever I need an extra boost of relaxation I put this on my wrist before bed and ease into a deep sleep! Highly recommend!

i think these really help me actually dream like really cool stuff and always remember it when i wake up. every time i wear one i always have a good night sleep and a dream. 10/10 would recommend i absolutely live them!
